Lily b9c99fcdb5 Change CdnBaseUrl to CdnFullUrl (match implementation) ... This PR fixes an issue with the default `appsettings.json` where `CdnBaseUrl` was specified instead of `CdnFullUrl`, which is what is used in the actual project.
